First, this scholar hasn't given advice whatsoever in this video. He was just telling about things that happened this last Ramadan and other events. So I don't know what you are talking about!!
Second, I am not going to argue with you regarding what a "wajib" beard is and discuss different Fiqh opinions.
Third and most importantly, here is, ladies and gentlemen, an example of the Haram police that prevented many celebrities and other newly-converted Muslims from going public with their Islam. Unfortunately, many Muslims don't have enough wisdom to properly present and invite people to Islam.

@@hsvr Haram police is what you're doing right now! Leaving the main point and big picture here and going looking for minor sins and irrelevant issues to feel satisfied about youself, being "confident in your deen".

Anyway, let me tell you a little story.. there’s currently a video circulating online where there’s a woman dancing in front of the Kaba (you might have actually seen it). On instagram everyone was attacking the women and saying it’s not Islamic at all to be doing such acts. However, I came in and called them all haraam police and told them she should be able to dance in front of the kaba, otherwise they might deter potential new Muslims and celebrities. I feel really proud of myself and I hope you do too ☺️

Second, I haven't seen such video. I just knew from you telling me now. However, if it is true, then this is totally different of what we are dicussing here. Such act would be the whole point of the video which should be condemned and called out as a sinful haram act, but, AGAIN, what was done or said in this video by Dr. Suleiman that is considered haram for you to start pointing it out?! Or you were just digging out and coming with stuff out of nowehere.
The Daily Muslim, i sincerely ask you too not participate or interact with the likes of omar suleiman and yasir qadhi as they have legacies with lgbt.I advise you check the muslim skeptic's video about it or Muhammad Hijabs video on this topic.If you are convinced on this matter then it would very sincere of you to not promote or propogate with such devils in our society that Ruin the Reputation of Islam.
