I honestly think this song is a masterpiece. So many moving parts but it all blends together so well. I looked this up on YT expecting millions of views, I’m taken aback by how under the radar it is. ~200k is criminally low, the music world is sleeping on this song right now.
I've lost count of how many times I've listened to this already, each time the video finishes I'll decide to go and make myself a coffee or something, then I get withdrawal and have to come back and play it again. I'll be skipping around the house all day now with this song in my head. It's going to be a good day!
I'm still playing this several times a day, the way this is going I'm not going to leave the house for weeks once I get the album, I won't want to do anything but listen to it.
I love Half Moon Run. My favorite tracks are narrow margins, I can't figure out what's going on, and hands in the garden. Not every track is great but the highlights are some of best music out there today. This new song is doing it for me. Catchy, moody and most importantly, it sends me on a rollercoaster.
To me they are surprisingly consistent with how good the songs are. I can't think of one of their songs that is uninteresting or that I don't like. There arn't many other bands that I can think of that don't have one dud song
Same here brother Narrow Margins is my favorite too. Saw them live for the first time in Boston the other day , was amazed at how tight they played live , I figured they would play more loose . Also was shocked that more than half of the fans in the small venue were from Canada . Was pretty cool to see the loyalty and commitment of the fans .

For some reasons it reminds me Westerman & then the more vintage uk band Charlie (those backing vocals mainly)... but i'm not sure at all that they even know one of those two "bands" I do not knew they were canadian, i like a lot what comes from Canada, it's a fertile place for good music I won't give talented names, it would be a little bit too long
First time listening to a few tunes by this band tonight as they are playing at Meadows music festival in Fergus On on the weekend. I really like this song and it even sounds like radio friendly stuff I was listening to in the late 70's/early 80's. If I go, I hope they play it!
