I like how it starts off like the first opening does, and like almost the EXACT same melody as the first, then later in the opening (0:58) it references the most iconic openings from previous seasons, starting with the first, the second, and the iconic SHINSO SASAGEYO (except no sasageyo) Truly an amazing opening and the best one out of all of them, even with the final season part 2's opening.
You can see Armin’s charred corpse at 1:02 for literally one millisecond. Right after the second he wakes up, put it on the lowest speed and pause until you see it

I think my favorite part of the opening is at 1:15. *spoilers ahead* I like how the opening leaves it open and hints at the how they’re going beyond the walls Marley. And the part of the song that plays while the camera pans past the walls and past the desert where the titans are made. Idk it just leaves me in awe.

I want to personally thank the absolute love, effort, sweat and tears that the AOT team put into this show. They knew the impact these episodes would make and I just feel the care and attention to detail into the show, the music, how the story is told. Fuck it’s just so good. And I’m glad my memory is shit because I forgot how good season 3 was. Been on a binge watching session recently and half of it feels new which is awesome lol

I think my favorite part of the opening is at 1:15. *spoilers ahead* I like how the opening leaves it open and hints at the how they’re going beyond the walls Marley. And the part of the song that plays while the camera pans past the walls and past the desert where the titans are made. Idk it just leaves me in awe.

It feels like a build up to 1:11 that's a little underwhelming... until 1:15 it just keeps going

I want to personally thank the absolute love, effort, sweat and tears that the AOT team put into this show. They knew the impact these episodes would make and I just feel the care and attention to detail into the show, the music, how the story is told. Fuck it’s just so good. And I’m glad my memory is shit because I forgot how good season 3 was. Been on a binge watching session recently and half of it feels new which is awesome lol
