Lol, what a casuality, I come on this video and you commented recently. Well, the thing is that the spanish nomenclature for emergency vehicles (except for cops, wich are blue) said that they had to put on orange lights. Simple as that. But also I want to say that this video is from 2013, so nowadays more and more emergency vehicles are getting blue lights, because the nomenclature changed, because people could confuse emergency vehicles with service vehicles like for example trash truck, wich have orange lights. In Spain orange flashing lights was for Fire and Ambulance units. Police is blue light flashing and now, since 2017, Spanish regulation has unified blue lights for all emergency vehicles.
