Hi I think the TC Harmony Singer 2 is a great choice. I got the TC Helicon H1 vocal pedal because I don't play rhythm guitar & this was perfect for what I required, as long as it's set to the correct key all tends to be fine. Go for what you feel best suits you, but use RUclips to guide you in your decision as there's great reviews & demos out there. Bless

Do you think a 6" cable would be long enough to connect two of these pedals?
I'd go a 1mtr cable give you more reach, it will be more than required, better to have a little more than a little less.
