@Ghost Theory You ought to get to these places just before dark, scout around so you're familiar with the buildings then decide where to leave digital recorders, ball whatever electronic sensors in areas you think is best. Then all you have to do is listen, communicate and check your EVPS before you pack up at the end. At least during dusk you can check floors stairs etc for dangerous rot or gaps⁉️😉👍

I'm SO glad you didn't go wading in the basement water, you don't know what could have been stored down there when the building was in use, that may have now compromised the water. Also, standing water is a breeding ground for bacteria, and you don't know how long it's been flooded. Good call to just leave it. 😊 OMG! That one room upstairs is just SO wrong! WT actual F?! That recording of what sounded like a child, sounded to me like it was saying "Chris".

8:35, we call that a "wraparound" staircase in the states. If it was in a radius, it would be a "spiral" staircase.
Awesome episode as always. Just one question......why were the pillows on that bed SO CLEAN? Everything else in that room is utterly filthy, but the pillows look like they were just placed there that morning. That's unbelievably creepy.
