@@manfredosaluzzo In tema di sensibilità, come confronto. Non mi sembra che Viceversa sia poi così glaciale come brano. Vallo a dire alla sala stampa che volutamente ha affossato la volontà di tanti di noi e degli oltre 41 mln che si sono tuffati in quel video. Per mia coerenza, grazie al magistrale lavoro di bastardaggine di quella giuria, oggi Diodato può tranquillamente pre-pensionarsi. Comunque volere mio a parte, il tempo darà tutte le risposte. Quello stesso silenzio che viene tanto sottolineato non farà più rumore.
@@simonesimone7546 anche queste tue valutazioni sono piuttosto superficiali e ti spiego il motivo: il fatto che come metro di giudizio valuti il numero di visualizzazioni lascia un pò a desiderare: "despacito" ha quasi 7 miliardi di visualizzazioni, quindi sarebbe un capolavoro e tutto il resto è mediocre seguendo il tuo ragionamento (il numero di visualizzazioni invece indica quanto un brano è commerciale, non quanta qualità musicale abbia).
In secondo luogo valuti la sensibilità di un testo dalle parole (come fanno molti), ma la musica ha una caratteristica che la contraddistingue dalla poesia: è un linguaggio universale che permette di percepire lo stato d'animo aldilà del significato delle parole, infatti questo brano riesce a superare i confini linguistici ed a far comprendere un particolare stato emotivo profondo anche a chi l'italiano non lo conosce o laddove un testo non c'è proprio (questo si intende per universalità della musica). Quella di Gabbani aldilà delle parole, è una canzone musicalmente leggera, che non si contraddistingue molto dalle altre, orecchiabile e commerciale ma niente di più, questa di Diodato è uno schiaffo in faccia emotivo per chi l'ascolta, anche se non comprende l'italiano (perfetta per l'estero).
Ora mi dirai che sono gusti e che è tutto soggettivo, non ritornerò quindi a spiegarti le motivazioni più di quanto non l'abbia appena fatto.
@Roby Figliomeni hai centrato il punto... è assolutamente vero....e questa canzone ci rimarrà per sempre nel cuore proprio per questo richiamo al "silenzio innaturale" che non riuscivamo a sopportare durante il silenzio della quarantena rotta solo dalle sirene delle ambulanze 😢
The lyrics right before the arena lights up say: "No matter how much I run away, I always come back to you", which right now...well, could even be just life as we always knew it. And then, when the Arena is suddenly covered in blue light: "You make some noise, here; and I don't know if it's good for me, if your noise is making me any good, but you make some noise, yes; and I cannot stand this unnatural silence between me and you". And the fact that he's talking about unnatural silence in an empty roman arena...well...as Italians, it breaks our heart!

I really loved the song when I heard it for the first time, I actually felt the song and it made me emotional. Nothing that would prepare me for a performance like this though. This is absolutely breathtaking , so beautiful , so emotional, and so fantastic. The music of the song is so gentle and melodic and Antonio Diodato brings so much elegance, power and emotion with his vocals. Really a phenomenal performance. I can not watch it without getting tears in my eyes, every single time, so you are not alone Xavier. Thank you very much for this honest and heartfelt reaction.

It's the third time I've seen this video. Any time I cried. I already knew how beautiful the song was but the empty Arena shows how hard this pandemic was for Italy and that it's finally time to "make some noise because we cannot stand this silence anymore", as stated in the lyrics.

The only nation that has always had the courage and pride to sing in its beautiful and musical language. Maybe this thing disturbs or is not understood, therefore it is penalized.
Everyone should sing in their own language.And then maybe alternate a verse in English.
However Italy from 1987 onwards with Raf and Tozzi "Gente di Mare", to 2015 with the flight "Grande Amore" only 3th, 2017 with Gabbani "Occidentalis Karma" (only 6th,) was stolen from the title. In 2019 Mamoud with "Soldi" arrived 2th,. And this year 2020, due to force majeure, Covid 19 has been deprived of proper recognition with Diodato in "Fai rumore" ("Make noise" )for the pandemic. In such a situation and given the fantastic and heartbreaking performance, the context and current events could assign it "onoris causa". Europe would not have disfigured. It would have been the fairest and greatest tribute they could have offered to the founding nation of the European Community affected first by the virus.

The funny thing that he wrote this song for his ex , Levante but Levante too wrote a song about him called Antonio ( as Diodato is the surname , the first name is Antonio ) , they must have felt a lot for each other for having written both songs about each other . Can you react to Italy's eurovision entry in 2016 Francesca Michielin "Nessun Grado di Separazione"? I know I am biased because I am Italian and I really like her music but this did not deserve 16th place.
