I used the product party blue from Wal-Mart and it was blue and then turned it green. I thought it was cause I shocked it at the same time, but I did it again and didn't shock it, and it still turned green. Why? And what else could I use
You should use Party Pool Blue Lagoon. Try to find it at your local pool store, might be able to find one at the store finder on the website at www.partypool.com

Last a few days or so. All depends on the filter system.
We used the same stuff, and it turned our pool greenish-brown.
I'm sorry but if you purchased your product at Wal-Mart you are talking about a different product. Party Pool Blue Lagoon is not sold at Wal-Mart.
