I also wish I would have went to the Milwaukee sub today, I heard a OCS train led by UP 1111 went by. Instead I was putsing around the Farm sub waiting for LBU51 which never came.
Interesting catch and thanks for sharing, Brenton! That Amtrak single brief horn blast must have been for you and your viewers. Was this train coming into a station and that is why it was going MUCH slower than the other Amtraks that you film? Loved those CP engines in one of the most longest trains you have ever filmed.
Amtrak is coming into Milwaukee at this point. Couple of curves and then a short straight stretch before the station. The horn blast was when I waved to the engineer. The freight was coming out of Muskego Yard.

Great video and crossing! I hear one of the bells is starting to die it seems, sadly.
Don't know if it's dying or the cam needs a bit of adjustment. It starts ringing once the gate begins to descend.
