High Rise Gravity Telescopic Roller Conveyor

High Rise Telescopic Gravity Roller Conveyors are a very cost-effective solution for loading and unloading of vehicles and containers, for use without a raised dock, when vehicles are unloaded from ground level.
The conveyor is comprised of two main sections, the telescopic section which extended into the back of the vehicle, and the declined section which brings product down to operators on ground level. It is also possible to add an optional extra flexi conveyor to extend the conveying distance or to convey around corners.
You can expect up to a 50% reduction in container unloading time using this type of conveyor, and between 25% and 50% reduction in operators to unload (dependant on product size being handled).
Telescopic conveyors are gravity roller type and are extended and retracted manually by an operator, using the height adjustment mechanism operators ensure there is a slight gradient out of the vehicle. The conveyor will then aid the unloading process, removing the walking distance for operators.
