Chuen Chan spares the life of the evil Miao Yi Tao (Chang Yi) in a duel, and Miao swears he'll regret it! Some years later, Chen Tai (Man Kong Lung) and Shuan Ching (Hsu Feng) leave home, with the task of escorting a special shipment to the capital. The cocky young Chen Tai disgraces a group of bandits, who happen to work for Miao. Miao investigates and suspects Miao's father has information about the whereabouts of Chuen Chan, also known as The Ghost Killer. This forces the father to disclose a terrible secret to his children. All-star cast, plus top notch shaolin action.

Description lays out a perfect map of the high spots of the film. Some of the therebetween: At temple (Carter) is renamed "Cho Chan". Master Chu is Chen & Shuan's father. Chen will separate from her and gets involved with a pickpocket girl, "Sho Ta Chee". Reunited at home Miao shows up to create trouble for the family. Chen Tai leaves home again and is helped by his other sister, "Sho Mae". Chen Tai learns about his father and again Miao crashes in on the scene. Chen Tai goes to see the abbot and the showdown at the temple is ever so strange. NOTE: Man Kong Lung and Meng Fei roles in description need to be noted as will be seen. Commenters mostly like movie and compliment Wu Tang Collection as a great channel.
Unbelievable ending because will are all expecting a final fight from the Abbot but the reverse is the case. This movie thought me great lesson about those unforgiving heart how to treat them. Thanks for sharing.

CARTER WONG Good guy or bad guy or even just character in any movie is awesome!!
No one can changes Chang Yi's mind. Just blinded two of his own eyes to change his heart has to be devastating. Can see why many didn't like the ending because the villainous character of Chang Yi usually died and not repent like this and now, he became the monk too.
So impressive that a ruthless and a murderer turned out to be a Monk with great self control .Thanks for this wonderful movie
