This is my excercise I do everyday and it also takes care of the numbness in the mouse of my thumb, the thick cushy part. I have still no money enough to give and I know you don,t mind, but when I do I will give for your free lessons that have saved me many times now.
    I wish you the best❤

From the first time I saw your initial video on jellyfish hands, I have been aware of my hand gripping and reduced it to almost no unnecessary gripping! I have gone from daily shoulder/neck and forearm pain to NO pain! And the pain diminished within 2 days of starting to soften my hands. Amazing! Thank you so very much🤗🤗🤗
And I’m working on jellyfish feet too because when you mentioned that to me in a comment, I know I did that too! I’m making progress!

The jellyfish hand is very, very, very good for forearm, arm, and shoulder pain. I implemented it around 3 times a day thank to your videos for sevral weeks, every day, and I can say it did wonders. Jellyfish hand associated to the "rich forward with one extended arm" exercice, to be precise. And also gentle stretching of the wrist.
Thank you very much for sharing this, sir, your videos are really helpful and you are helping people around the planet. Which is wonderful.

    Great lesson, Taro! 👍🏻
Do you believe that dexterity exercises for fingers and hands have a positive impact on our nervous system?
I feel that my stress levels and mental health have improved since I started training the dexterity of my hands.
Pen spinning, QiGong balls, and mobilizations for fingers and hands are my daily companions.
I would be very grateful to you for your thoughts. 🙏🏻

@@magdalenezafe7670 obviously she needs to follow her doctor's protocol and let her shoulder heal first, then going forward, I would work on shoulder-torso-legs coordination so she can improve whole body coordination and balance and she will less likley get herself into that situation, and even if she did, she would fall more gracefully so she would not break her shoulder.
