I had EXACTLY the problem you guys mentioned...I was treating it as a cartwheel without hands, so I always froze midair and fell. This approach just changed my whole view on different tricks, holy shit. Seriously, THANK YOU!

bro,i've been struggling with the aerial for one week,or more,the cartwheel way,and after seeing this,i started doing the b-kick,then i turned it into an aerial,in less than 1 or 2 hours i could get a crappy aerial,if i train it a bit more it would be perfect,ur a genius man,thank you,you earned a new subscriber!👍

Finally, I can do the aerial now. Thank you. 30 minutes was enough for me. I suggest to take a video of your self and then compare your video with the youtubes one so you can see your mistakes.

A gymnastic style Aerial tutorial would be nice.
I was thinking the same. I love this but this does not look like the type of aerial a professional dancer would use in a performance

After 4 months of trying and failing with my aerial, I see this video and try it and on my first try I got my aerial 😁
I've been able to do cartwheels and one handed cartwheels like forever and never got the hang on the Arial, but i got like second try after this video 😁

Hi, when I cartwheel faster, i cant seems to finish the move properly ( my legs seems to stop a bit at the top and kind of join together in the end). Any tips to solve my problem?

I still can't get out of the habit of putting my hands down at the end. Are there some tips for me?
I would say either just go for it, no hands. Or you could progress slowly into it, by only letting down one hand etc.
I don't have my areal yet but dome other videos say you could hold things in you hand it doesn't work for me

This is a great tutorial got it like right away
Well this is a very different way of learning it. All the other tutorials are to do with dive cartwheels which aren’t bad but this seems like it would be much easier and quicker to learn. I’m gunna try this in a bit but I have a feeling that I won’t even be able to butterfly kick
