+Kwesi Larbi So who is an example of a college prospect who was highly thought of, went to the combine & had a poor performance, and then NFL teams passed on him for several rounds & it wound up being the right call? i.e. give me an example of where this poor NFL combine grade being a red flag actually is a red flag. Because I can give you about 100 examples of a guy who wasn't thought of as being a top prospect, but went to the combine & his stock skyrocketed, then an NFL team reached for him & he turned out to be a colossal bust.
5:30 A lot of future stars in that shot. Baker Mayfield (Browns), Mark Andrews (Ravens), Orlando Brown (Ravens), Ceedee Lamb (OU Jr), and Marquise "Hollywood" Brown (Potential 1st round 2019 NFL Draft pick).
@Leonardo Barnhill Oh, so this is your new scam now? You ran this same scam comment across about using some kind of thing that's supposed to hack into people's Instagram, and now you're trying to get people to check out your new scam?
I thought the same thing. It's basically like Ozzie watched this series, loved lamar and then just drafted Bama players once again with the rest of his picks.
Lineman with heart, IQ, and technique outweigh prototypical and athletically gifted lineman. I think he will be a steal if he falls past the second round
Dylan Garcia are you a browns fan? Because thats what a browns fan would say: "he has a good personality but absolutely sucks so let's still draft him"
Derpy Slurpy Ikr, if theres running backs that can put over 20 reps of 225 then he needs to grind harder and push himself out of his comfort zone. He cant be that big but weak compared to some of the smaller players.
One of the best lineman in the League a few years ago with the Pats Logan Mankins, only had 11 bench press reps. For big long armed olinemen upper body strength isn't as important as footwork and the lower body strength. It's all about leverage and strong foundation. If he is committed, once he gets drafted and sits with the team nutritionist and s&c coach, looses some fat and puts another 5-10 lbs of muscle and continues working his footwork. He will be all pro caliber.
I really hope he gets an opportunity to build himself physically because has an incredible amount of knowledge for the game he just needs power to bulldoze those DEs
this kid wants it. i guarantee you no matter how shitty times get or the season gets you can count on this guy to still be first one in last one out. his time will come around
There's still no way he's going in the first round after that combine performance. Red flags on both his commitment to the game and athleticism. He'll be lucky to even go in the second.
Sam Smorcington I disagree. What he showed in his proday is directly correlated with his commitment to the game. He was unhappy with how he showed out and took the proper steps to improve. I think this will be the reason he goes in the second round and not the 4-5th.
3 sacks his entire college career 2 as a freshman, 1 as soph, 0 as senior...played against great dlines, ohiost 2x clemson, auburn, tennessee, georgia. He is a pro bowler today. Not sure how a 40 time reflects 5 steps, plus factor in he is 6 8" and freshman year he was 400 pounds...his 40 time can improve alot in a year with good conditioning anyway, he will play 10 years no doubt
He is slow and not strong at all. But I think he will do great because he is young, he can improve physically and he looks smart and knows what he is doing.
The 40 time for an offensive lineman is pointless. They’re not going to ask an offensive lineman to outrun someone, so who cares? I’m more interested in how explosive and nasty they are.
I personality think benching sub maximal weight for maximal reps is no way to test a Athletes strength , they should do 90 % for as many reps to test their strength
Kids going to be great in the nfl. Why? You can always get stronger and lose fat. He's flabby as hell and still dominated on college. Just imagine if he gets in shape.
This is like Vontaze Burfict, shitty performance but great tape. his value fell but he had some great years (not to say he sent good anymore but he has had issues). But i was still surprised that Brown didnt really fall in mock drafts (which again makes me think these "analysts" have no clue what they are talking about). His performance drops his value for me but he still is a solid O-linemen and he can clearly improve his gym #'s
The charger already have a good offensive line and adding him would make it better I prefer the chargers to spend the first round pick on him than a qb, rivers still has some juice left and they need to take advantage of that by making his o-line better
MrBlueD3V1L right! When do they ever need to stand still and jump forward? I dont know how important the combine is bcuz a gym rat could do great doesnt mean he can play football. And obviously it doesnt work when u look at 1st round busts and later round studs. Just my opinion
Played in college with his dad, man I'm getting old
Now he's a 2 time pro bowler and definitely top 10 LT
Definitely 💯
Tape > combine grade
Someone who gets it.
Facts people disregard how solid he was for mayfield this year
Right, but it is a red flag
Ryan Park even if you're a Dallas fan, I also cosign!
#HTTR

@Ismael Caspian Liar and a scammer.. You're a secondary account ran by the same person running the account that you're replying to.
He’s held up well with the ravens
Yea Cuz he has good technique
My man baker in the back
Sasuke X true
Jets
For one moment I thought that was my phones alarm
It's crazy that they also had Mark Andrews on here and then the Ravens ended up drafting both of them
I thought the same thing. It's basically like Ozzie watched this series, loved lamar and then just drafted Bama players once again with the rest of his picks.
lmfao why did i think of the crackhead orlando brown
Snap Qrew What drug was he on?????
You not the only one lol
Dwight Love lol he's taking about the actor from that's so raven
bobeezy I know who tf he was talking about and I grew up with Orlando and that was an needed shot at him Idgaf
@@JaeDee66 he didn't reply to you
Lineman with heart, IQ, and technique outweigh prototypical and athletically gifted lineman. I think he will be a steal if he falls past the second round
EikDaddy i low-key think the patriots might grab him since they lost 2 OL starters in free agency
He didn't allow a sack all year and now because of a bad combine he is out of the first round? This kid will be special in 4 years or less.
this comment age well
He’s a beast no matter what the numbers say
Dylan Garcia are you a browns fan? Because thats what a browns fan would say: "he has a good personality but absolutely sucks so let's still draft him"
Matthew Ellert but he doesn’t suck and weight room numbers don’t prove how good you are on the football field
This young dude has a chance at a the Hall of Fame if he can be a bookend for Mahomes for the next decade.
To his defence, his arms are crazy long...
He desperately needs a strength coach. Kid needs to bench at least 28 to 30 reps, and lose a solid 20lbs of fat.
Derpy Slurpy Ikr, if theres running backs that can put over 20 reps of 225 then he needs to grind harder and push himself out of his comfort zone. He cant be that big but weak compared to some of the smaller players.
Look how long his arms are man
Hannibal Lecter still needs to have big numbers
Derpy Slurpy you clearly don’t lift
Sasuke X do you even lift
He also is 6’8 which means he has a longer motion when performing the bench pressing

William Panagos thank you...these guys dont know where power comes from
Agree. His tape seems really good to me. Potential to grow for sure as well with NFL coaching.
He gave up a sack that made Lamar fumble to lose playoffs
@@venividivici1833 Lol Guess Lamar needs to work on getting rid of the ball.
I really hope he gets an opportunity to build himself physically because has an incredible amount of knowledge for the game he just needs power to bulldoze those DEs

4:37 was that a certain Baker Mayfield???????😂😂😂

I agree that their is a clear red flag with his athleticism but I think that he is committed to the game and will go in the 2nd round

Thats so Raven
Umar Suleman and now he's a baltimore raven
2nd round ravens
Lamar Nivens top 15
Got him late in the 3rd ayyyyy
Lamar Nivens close man haha got him in the third! Even better!
Gonna make his father proud
Jacabo Blanco and the Ravens picked up his TE friend Mark Andrews. How great.
Watch the tape and look at his personality. He is made for football, the numbers don’t matter
The damage is already done his stock has dropped from a mid 1st rounder to 2nd rounder
Ronan G I think his combine dropped him to the 4-5th round, however, his drive to become better just brought his stock back up to the 2nd round.
He look like an athlete wonder why numbers was so bad it make me question his work ethic off the football field but solid film for sure
He is slow and not strong at all. But I think he will do great because he is young, he can improve physically and he looks smart and knows what he is doing.
Barca4Life obviously you never seen him play if you think his slow lmao
Tape & combine are one bad relationship. You can’t really rely on them. Look at all the bust & surprise players in & out of the game
i couldn't CARE LESS about the numbers. WATCH THE TAPE...it doesnt lie.
Scott Chiware you mean you COULDN'T care less?
His tape seems really good from what I've watched so far.

Amazing
Give this man a chance
I want him on the Broncos I just feel like he can be a good linemen
King Stacy reminds me of ryan clady alot
I hope The Cowboys get either Orlando Brown or Hernandez.
MARK ANDREWS AND ORLANDO BROWNNNNNNNNNN
Get it 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻 rooting for u

Texans need this man
His father came from SOUTH CAROLINA ST!!!!
Rip his dad
There's only 1 Orlando brown and he was recently released from jail
So he went from horrible to just bad.. yeah great improvement LMFAO roll damn Tide

JJ Thay I don’t think he’ll go first rd... he could drop to the 3rd rd
RT is a real need for the line though, so if he's there in the 3rd, why not.
Patriots will take him at 31
Hope he goes in the 1st round he’ll probably go in the second though
Seahawks 1st rounder?
luiz henrique Paes they probably get the Utep lineman.
henryjw15 Hes good but seahawks also seemed interested in derrius guice LSU RB
Whats the point of the broad jump?
MrBlueD3V1L right! When do they ever need to stand still and jump forward? I dont know how important the combine is bcuz a gym rat could do great doesnt mean he can play football. And obviously it doesnt work when u look at 1st round busts and later round studs. Just my opinion

www.sbnation.com/nfl/2016/2/26/11103688/nfl-combine-2016-drills-broad-jump - there u go
Rob Halfmann explosiveness
Lower body explosiveness
5th round to the broncos calling it right now
2nd round calling it. Right. Now.
Both wrong lol
Pats need to pick him up
Hope the Green Bay Packers snag him in the second round.
Broadway Baker
the guy at 3:30 has to be on something his pupils are huge
The guy?.
Bruh he could be a 10th round pick if there was a 10th round
Nice...”undrafted” NFL prospects drive to a pro day in a 100k SUV
Jay Park his dad had multiple nfl contracts. Could have inherited alot. A Lincoln navigator is far from 100k
