You can’t be a hall of fame boxer when you don’t fight actual boxers.
Which is why it’s weird he cares so much. He can’t beat real boxers; he can only beat washed up fighters. But he makes way more money than 99% of boxers. I’d way rather fight washed up guys and get paid, instead of working your way up like a real boxer and be mediocre at best.
He’s never gonna beat real boxers. But with that said, he’s done better than most people expected and has got paid nicely along the way. That should be good enough for him.

I’ve been watching boxing for about 40 years, mma for about 20 give it or take, and nothing in my body and soul makes me wanna watch the Paul brothers, nothing against them, they doing great amazing things in their niche, for boxing fans like myself his style and movement are about as gracious as me trying to do either, with that being said mad respect for their thing just not a Hall or Fame for someone and I’m sure most will agree in our book.
Holyfield's right ear has done more for boxing than Jake Paul.

What Jake fails to realize is that winning big fights against the best is what makes you a hall of famer, not getting your RUclips/ IG fanboys to watch you participate in celebrity boxing match.
I mean. Helping the sport also factors into it. Theres announcers and people who never had an actual match in that certain sport who has made sports hall of fames.
