I like how the song beginning with American Patrol just happened to fall on Memorial Day.
I mean... they have an album called "Antipop" and a song titled "To Defy The Laws Of Tradition" so, ya, you're definitely not their target audience. I'll never say psychedelics are required to listen to the likes of Primus, Pink Floyd, Radiohead, Morphine etc, as I enjoyed most of them prior to mind expansive drugs, but I will undoubtedly say they help facilitate an understanding when it comes to POV in their more experimental pieces. Anywho, I enjoy your analysis and subbed. I'd love to get more Morphine reactions. They toured with Primus quite a bit, and I'm currently working on a Morphine cover EP. Their final album "The Night" is amazing. Try their song "Souvenir."
God bless Primus and their kooky brand of dope music.
As always you have an interesting reaction to this band haha
I will say this was an odd choice being that its just a jam really and not a progression at all from you've heard previously. Southbound Pachyderm is the one that shows real growth and I think you wouldve liked that one a lot more
Bet you would like That Ol Diamdback Stergeon by Primus. Its less of a wild style but still has character.
You could watch to 'Southbound Pachyderm', by Primus. It's also performed live by 'The Claypool Lennon Delirium', featuring John Lennon's son, Sean, but Imo. the Primus video is worth a watch for fun. :) Primus have some good videos. Over the falls is quite good for it's retro stylings. I also find Primus tough to listen to for general enjoyment, but they are great for novelty and a quick short song or two, as they have so many great ideas.
Skinny 👏 Puppy 👏: Worlock 😂
PRIMUS SUCKS and this is a fine example of their suckiness lol They progressed with each album to distill the best parts of what they were doing while adding a weird catchyness that pll responded to Thx for the vid Bryan 😎✌️🤘🧐
Strange. Nice though 😅
It's a good suck you come to appreciate
5:39 :D
You should try some of their more experimental tracks instead of their top 40 MOR tracks like this one 👍
Completely nailed how I feel about them too. Every time I give them a listen I think “wow that was cool but a 1 listen.” Occasionally I’ll go back to a couple of their older songs on rare occasions because they have such heavy guitar chugs in them that make them fun to listen to.
i think you'd like southbound pachyderm....and probably the live hallucinagenetics version. Maybe even the willy Wonka stuff.
He definitely does need more primus in his diet. He's got a vitamin p deficiency... the ending seemed to break him..... because he's low on vitamin p
Primus sucks!
should check out my dark subconscious by morbid, the singer was mayhems singer until he committed die
gotta pay for that bro
Primus sucks!
