Firstly, you should have started the grinding by pressing the button by the right to break down the substance you're grinding then after you've completely done that then you press the left button to smoothen it entirely. It works perfectly.
@@theamazinghousewife these are not real kenwood blender. They stink of china made. Lol real kenwood don't look like this please and this is not 4500w. Not even close. They just write that there
You didn't use it well. There are precautions to observe. When grinding pause for like 3 min before you continue. It will help it last and not to overheat. Secondly, u need to crush first before u smoothen whatever u are grinding.
abeg all those ones na long talk. A fake is a fake . These things are VERY cheaply made chinese blenders. They are never going to last long. They put 1 trillion watts on the packaging when they are probbaly only 270 watts

Okay, thank you.
So sorry about your experience. From my experience, the Watts of a blender determines how strong it is. 750 Watts and above are usually stronger.
Thank you very much.
This was a 4500w blender. I believe it has to do with the quality of kenwood blender produced.

I just bought mine today and I used it to grinder only tomatoes and notice smoke coming out of the blender. So what is responsible for this?
Same thing happened to me, so I had to return it.
