Awesome Video... I bought the 60x a few months ago and love it for weddings... i ended up buying a bigger reflector because the one that came with it was giving out a hotspot in the center of it...
I've got *exactly* the same story. Bought cheap lights off Amazon, which were ok for general use until I tried to 'Colour Grade'. I bought the 100D and Lightdome SE, and the change was unbelievable, night & day different. You need both the mesh and diffuser on for best results. I imagine you will need the 60D fairly close to you, and that distance factor is the only really difference between the 60/100/200D - the quality is the same. I don't have any significant fan noise at all on my 100D. I'll send you a video link one day so you can see what I've learned from you :-)
Could you hear it in the second half of the video when i switched the lights? I couldn’t really hear it in the video when I was editing. I was using a ride video mic go II right above my head.
@@TonyMellinger cool. I couldn’t hear it over the background music. Just wasn’t sure what it would be like (in the talking head shot) without the music.

Thanks for watching! yea, I'm sure, that reflector is pretty small. The x is always good with color balancing.

Is it loud enough to be picked up by your mic system? (You use a lavalier right?)
