Drusilla She was talking about how she has stage fright on interviews like talk shows and one that she got particularly got nervous about was one where she had to talk to Brad Pitt who, if you don't know him, is a celebrity that is generally considered to be a good looking guy. So by him saying "me, Brad Pitt...", he suggestively lumped himself with Brad Pitt as being equally good looking in which people familiar with his self deprecating humor will easily know that's he joking.

Her previous interviews with Craig Ferguson were similar. It's clear that she has some physical symptoms of anxiety in these moments, but she is very endearing, and is definitely genuine.
She has severe anxiety. I can definitely relate because I have it too, and I act just like her when I’m with someone or many people whom I don’t know well or at all. Sometimes I even act like that with family members or friends I haven’t seen in a while. It’s not something you can get over, and it’s caused by a traumatic event or realization.
It’s kinda odd that she chose to be an actress, though. But I can tell you that people like us don’t act like that when we’re around people whom we trust. In that case we act normal, and it’s almost like we’re a completely different person.

Amanda Peet really is the full package, super smart, went to Columbia, funny, talented, kind, classy, attractive... The director guy she's married to really hit the jackpot.
Little did she know, she's one of the most amazing guests Conan ever had. I don't even know her but I've binge watched all of her Conan guestings.

Yeah yeah yeah. Conan is awesome. Andy is the king of sidekicks. But can we now focus on the beautiful, charismatic and *real* Amanda Peet? This made me like her even more. Stage freight. Cold hands. A complete wreck - just like the rest of us. I prefer interviews like this a thousand times over slick, well oiled product plug "interviews".
There’s no one as witty and hilarious as Conan. He’s one of a kind.

I have a panic disorder and ptsd, so I feel some form of anxiety all day everyday.. It's interesting to how other people, especially who don't go through it all the time, have a anxiety and see how they cope with it.
