This particular ride is extremely short compared to many, yet the price is pretty high. Fun, but... I completed one in the Black Forest which was easily 5 x the duration of this, and only the equivalent of about £5.

Exercise is good for you. Climbing up a hill is good. Unless you have a temporary, situational or permanent disability limiting the activity.
