Now that's one really cool stove my friend. Never seen one like this before. I bet it's an old one for sure.
This would look great in my collection but I really can't afford it right now. These gas prices are keeping me at bay right now.

Cool stove! How would it run on paraffin if there is no fuel pickup tube? Is there a wick?

It does not need a wick, as it works on vaporizing the fuel in the tube drawn up by the priming bowl of mentholated spirit.
