- Swing dancing (also known as Jitterbug) is one of the best basic steps to learn how to dance for beginners. In this swing dance tutorial with Anthony and Rose Lewis, you'll learn how to dance the "Single Swing" basic step.
When new students come into our dance studios in Houston and are getting ready for a special event such as a wedding reception, party, or any other public event where they'll need to know how to dance, the Single Time Swing (Jitterbug) is a great place to get started. It has easy dance steps and generally won't take many dance lessons to get started.

Very nice! My wife and I are learning this very dance…now with turns! At 70, it’s a hoot…wish we’d started younger. Thanks
You guys Rock, and rock step.
Ba-Dum-Tss 😜
Thanks so much for this! It was really helpful. Please do more videos on this kind of swing
You got it! Thank you for watching :-)
Thank you!
I love your videos! It would be awesome if you could give some tips to the ladies, Rose :)
Thank you for being here! Rose does throw in some tips in a lot of our videos (during the rare occasion that Anthony takes a breath haha)
Thank you! From Frankenstein on the dance floor.
Haha! Well, hopefully Frankenstein will keep going!
taht is confusing...with all the quick quick.....just slow dance ..and lets us watch
Hmmm ... most people who click on and watch a "How to" video want to learn how to do something (rather than just watch someone else do it)
