Of his many qualities, Pep's ability to adapt and change for his team's strengths and the weaknesses of his opponents is his greatest strength.
When he first came to England, he was still fairly hardline short passing game, seemingly to only value midfield players and trying to create a whole team of them. Now he has so many approaches to tap into depending on the situation. He is continually evolving while most other managers just have a "This is me. Take it or leave it" attitude.

Pep's style is predictable...its the same every time. More or less. And always, opponents will score first against them. Team like Liverpool pressed them until they were choked. Mo Salah alone can dribble passed 3 city's full back just like that. Stone, Akanji, Diaz and even Rodri get caught many times and they conceded through counter attacks. Yet for all that shits, they win almost all the local cups. Pep knew that. Thats why he said "we were lucky"
I'd love to say wegner was the best but honestly it's pep he's better than anyone before he's better than the present. We should enjoy him why he's in the league.
