The slow cooker on the insta pot is a true slow cooker. Crockpots heat on all sides and the bottom, the unsta pot heats only on the bottom. That is the way slow cookers were when they first came out.
Roller blading is so much fun. Wish I could still do it, but I've been disabled (legs) since age 23 (car wreck). I'm 50 now. Some things aren't meant to be (quite all right, don't worry).
