I think teaming to a degree is fine, it's ok to be mad about it though, but the fact is it's a game where you choose to be either a pirate and a marine so what's the point of having a crew or even being allies if you arent gonna work together when getting jumped, and marines already are put on a team where they can't hurt each other so.
I witnessed a ultimate built teamers. 29m+17m Buddha and portal Shark v4 and Angel v4 Whenever i was going to fight any one of them, they instantly ran to their another partner lmao.
i got teamed by 2 bois 1 rubber 1 ice rubber guy was shark v4 and ice ghoul v4, idk how i killed them ccoz i was gun main with acidum. yk rubber > gun :(
