Problem with network connection in Samsung TV

- Both connections, wired and wireless stopped after a while and some functions of the TV stop working, even, of course, all connections to any network. TV model is UN55H6400AFXZA
Thanks for that. My Samsung 55" 'smart' TV does the same thing. Purchased in 2015 and just out of extended warranty. This is the first TV I've owned that has lasted only four years. What a lemon! I contacted Samsung Support and they stepped me through the setup process, to no avail. (I'd already done that anyway. Pretty useless support service!) So they told me I'd have to take it to a repairer, which would have cost me hundreds of dollars. No thanks! It seems to me that it's a software problem rather than a hardware problem, probably caused by Samsung's latest software update. What a disappointment! I'll never buy Samsung products again - TVs, phones, white goods, anything!
I just noticed that someone asked me (in January 2021) what I replaced my faulty Samsung TV with. Well, I didn't replace it. I'm still using it but as a dumb TV, not a smart TV! It's still faulty, in fact worse, as it's difficult to switch off and occasionally restarts while I'm viewing. Sometimes I have to pull the power plug, wait a while, then plug in again. I have a Foxtel box connected to it and that provides a few shortcuts, e.g. to Netflix. I'm making do with this arrangement for now, rather than throwing more money at a TV. I assume it will drop dead one day and I'll need to purchase a new TV, but I'll go for something cheaper so that I don't lose as much when it fails.

Try Unplugging the tv or try Factory Resetting it
So your saying that putting the remote close to the tv will fix the problem. That’s a bit odd

I'm going threw the same thing,,no network n my guide don't work,,can't get Netflix,,but I get Netflix on my tablet n plus my bedroom tv,,there's network n this 55"Samsung is telling me I have no network,,I was watching Netflix on this tv last week..I unplugged everything n nothing works to get my Netflix back on,,tv works but nothing else...
I'm having the same problem I had this tv three maybe four months and I haven't been able to connect I tried everything resetting it changing the IP ADDRESS to all 8's and unplugged it. Its crazy my cheaper TV's doesn't have this issue but Samsung does ✌🏾🤦🏿 I won't ever buy another samsung tv it's useless and seems this is a persistent thing with their TV's

Seem samsung uses the same crappy internet system in alot of its tvs ive seen many with same problem mine also since it sometimes works the internet after unoluging it could be a firmware or software problem and samsung hasnt fixed it maybe because it hasnt got complaints about it and it doesnt know or maybe doesnt want to spend money to fix it.
definitely returning this tv you shouldn't have to go through this with any tv at all smh

soluction for this problem was the wifi adapter which is not located in the motherboard. that's why changing the motherboard will not solve the issue. just change the wifi adapter. i changed mine 2 years ago and i am still using the tv.

I changed the wifi adapter on un58mu6100 and still have the same issue - intermittent network problem (sometimes does not detect anything!))

I had the same TV and had the same problems, on you tube most said that the WiFi module wanted changing, here's my fix. I took the stand off and the back, 2 pieces, fairly easy to do. The wifi module is near the remote sensor. It is connected to the mother board with a ribbon cable. This cable should follow the route of the left hand speaker as you look at it from the back, there is a clip on the plastic speakers housing to accept the cable, the cable was not in this housing and was being trapped by the back surround. I re- routed the cable into the housing clip. I undid the ribbon cable from the motherboard, cleaned it with WD 40. and then undid the other end of the ribbon cable to the wifi module and did the same. to test everything I lent the tv up against a chair and connected the mains cable and an Ethernet cable and switched the TV on. Hey Ho all wifi networks were showing, Ethernet connected up straight away. Remote control problems were solved. Be very careful connecting up, without the back on as there is a lot of bare metal showing. Then I refitted the rectangular edge then the rest of the back. then I refitted the chrome stand. reconnected everything up. and it now works like a good un. For your info if your wifi module is duf, second hand replacements can be got off e-bay for about £9 in my case I didn't need one.

I bought a samsung tv and could not configure the wifi connection so I take it back to the store and bought a TCL much better and less pricy. Do not buy Samsung it sucks
