  • Widely regarded as the modern era Jonah Lomu, Julian Savea burst onto the rugby scene in his debut match for the All Blacks, scoring 3 unforgettable tries against Ireland at Eden Park. Savea would feature as the favoured wing for the All Blacks between 2012 - 2016 but failed to impress selectors when he lost form after the 2015 RWC.
After enjoying a stint with French side Toulon between 2018 - 2020, Savea once again returned to rejoin the Hurricanes for the 2021 Super Rugby season. As Savea nears his 150th appearance for the Hurricanes, could he once more be catching the eye of All Black selectors? #rugby #beastmode #vintage #newzealand #power #strong
