Improved as they are not dependent on multiple vendors now and brought the production in-house so parts are available ..they are providing 5yrs warranty now

Ottomate is Horrible. DO NOT buy as my new fan had a loud bearing noise and couldn’t sleep. Made several complaints and even after 4 months it isn’t resolved.
