    Very good. You copied every step from Shingi. You look just like him when you swim. Can you guys send a drone and make a video when it flies vertically above you swimming?

    Beautiful strokes! Do you have any cues or tips for the hand entry? how do you know if you're entering your hand in the right spot. I'm struggling to get my fingers in first, then elbow, then shoulder. I tend to enter to far in the front :(

      Once you enter, you should be able to extend and reach your hand out underwater for a brief moment. If you enter elbow first, you'll miss this extension phase underwater since you're already at full extension at the moment of entry. If that extension is missing then you're not doing it right. Also helps to record yourself each session

    Can you share the difference between your stroke and ocean walkers stroke.

    • @Falquiboy
      @Falquiboy 2 года назад +3

      I would say ocean walkers stroke had a much stronger pull under water. this here seems way too slow, its only focused on elegance and calmness. In my opinion its healthier to swim with the ocean walker technique. a. to develop muscle and b. the recovery phase has not that exaggerated high elbow. A high elbow is important but not that much, it causes shoulder pain.

    私の目標とする泳ぎ方です。現在、これに近い泳ぎ方をしているつもり。水泳は、自分がどんな泳ぎ方をしているか知ることが出来ません。自己満足の良い所です。真実を知ると、ガッカリするでしょうね?

      coach sinji can do only 9 stroke on normal pace for 25 meter. i believe he can do 4 stroke in very slow pace for 25 meters as well.
