[Speedbuild] LEGO Moc Winter Village - Baseplate #2 "Santa's Workshop"

This is my second LEGO MILS Module. It integrates the LEGO Set 10245 "Santa's Workshop" which is the set that inspired me the idea of making a LEGO winter diorama. I am by no means an experienced builder, I came out of the dark age recently and this is my first construction. I try to put in the descriptions the sources of the techniques that I use.
