Got tunneled in 5 matches due to no anti tunnel perks, got off after that. Wish there was more we could do it already got wrecked for me a bit due to this happening so many times over all the events.
My guess is the manual claim for the login rewards is to kind of try and avoid the bug(s) they've had where ppl wouldn't get their rewards, at least this way you'll have a defined way to claim them instead of hoping it pops up and waiting for it to activate or whatever.
It’s been over 3 years since I stopped playing DBD for Apex and I’m ngl I really miss playing it. I hope it brings back good memories once I play it today 😢
I wish chaos shuffle was a setting you could turn on for regular matchmaking. Even if it only affects one person in the match, it'll still make it interesting
I really like that the D&D license isn't being forgotten like a lot of other licenses seem to and I like that it's getting packaged with one of the better event modifiers in DBD. But two things kind of irk me: Why is Adam an "Arcane Scholar" but not, you know, the Wizard? Disappointing choice. He's the best candidate for that character class. Also they still haven't given us a way to get the D20 charm. Still just sitting there unavailable in the game for 6 months now.
@@TLtheDude It's just weird that the write ups say "Rogue, Warlock, Artificer....and Arcane Scholar" which isnt a class or background or anything of real importance in D&D
It's an homage to the cover art of the Basic D&D Red Box but it's clearly not the original art which was done by Larry Elmore. The knight is way different than the original character and so is the dragon but they are in pretty much the same poses.
The badges and dnd theme rewards look really cool I am hoping to get them unlocked. I also wish they had the dice integrated into it. Also tieflings do have horns so it’s possible that Adam and elodie are tieflings
The plus side of the a chaos shuffle is that you don't have to deal with meta perks. The downside is you need to figure out what your perks do and some of those perks have REALLY long descriptions.
So i came here because i was on a twi week break loged in and saw i already had the decaying king cosmetic so i was very confused why so i needed to see if you exsplained it :D
One benefit of Chaos Shuffle is that new players can experience perks they don’t own too. You can do that in custom games, but not everyone uses that - and new players are more likely wanting to earn bp in public games.
Honorable mention in the bundle section of the store there’s the D&D bundle. Meg+Jeff+Legions outfit, as a P100 Jeff I had to grab it :) I was wondering how they’d do chaos shuffle themed around D&D, profile cosmetics are okay for now. Good vid as always!
Why are people pressed about Gabriel only having futuristic skins? Like sure, 5 space suits are an overkill, but scifi is his identity. Not many characters get to keep their identity as more and more skins come out. Often you can't even tell who's who because aesthetics overlap too much.
Thanks for the video Paulie. I guess there's still no way to get the green tier D20 dice charm. I'm guessing at this point it's something that was only available to developers.

Those login rewards are so strange. Like why so stingy when it comes to BP? They could easily be 250,000-500,000 a day and it wouldn't break a thing. Live service games don't have to be grindy BHVR.
@@PaulieEsther They were similar with the bone chill event, but the thing is with the cakes and extra incentive to get people to play one role over the other, you ended up getting 200k BP per match anyway. This is why I say just make the login rewards more rewarding.
I just noticed that Mikaela is supposed to be a sorceress. Like...bhvr...Witch is a class. You know...like Mikaela is supposed to be. It's just mildly irritating. The castlevania skin for Mikaela looks more appropriate as a dnd costume than her actual dnd costume 😂😭
They should have chaos shuffling thru the match like have survivors role a dice the better the role better perk slot assigned but tbh its sooo boring major lack luster
I don’t think it’s really necessary to say names about a past incident. Specially since the individual seems to have grown since then and taken better care of their mental health. As I recall many things were not good in their life all the way around and it even came out into DBD (not a surprise with the toxicity of this game). I know it is horrible to have friends lie. I have been betrayed more seriously than something like this. And I still would just let the past be the past and move on. And maybe at the time he really didn’t think he deserved it, even though he did. Even you may think he deserved it. But for that time and that situation, maybe he didn’t think about it as to why it was wrong. But yeah. Sorry for the rant. I just don’t think bringing names into when they’ve been trying to slowly come back isn’t needed. Less one is just being malicious because they’re still hurt. But that’s not right either. One can tell a story without the names of the past event. People grow and people change. And some needed time away to focus on themselves, like he did.

IDK man, something's just not right. Who would run their business into the ground in the face of 8000 review bombs, harassment, and death threats to hold onto someone's $25? Maybe you think this is the way a 30 year old company does business on the regular? But to me it just doesn't make any sense. By all means they need to sort it out and do right by those customers. In the mean time I'm going to wait and see, and I'm not going to be a contributor to fanning the flames when mods and devs lives are being threatened. The only two things you need to know for survivor is 1. You’re gonna get tunneled and 2. You’re gonna get mad invocations.

Chaos for sweaty killers just means they plan to tunnel. If you are solo queue, you’re just as screwed as regular mode.
