deepblue2 makotos kara grab has weird properties like that for example.
Wierd glitch with Makoto neutral throw. She is invincible for a few frames after, if she stays still.
if you don't press anything after neutral throw you are invulnerable for about 29 frame, this is not the only move with invul in makoto, but this invul only work if you actually stop pressing anything. even pressing back removes it.

I like her quick dash, it complements her slow walk speed which can catch your opponents off guard
