How does the Jet3 fare for taller parents? i.e. over 5ft11 (72" / 180cm) am almost swayed into buying this but just not sure about the handle height!

Hi Melissa! For reference, Eli is 5'11"! Hopefully that gives you an idea of if the Jet 3 would be comfortable for you to push.

Does the material they use on the skeleton of stroller pretty sturdy? Does the jet 3 has suspension?

The stroller frames for both the Jet and the Jet 3 are more flexible than you might expect, but they are not prone to tipping and the flexibility of the frame helps to prevent the stroller from being damaged during use. Think of it as extra shock absorption to keep the frame from breaking. Yes, the Jet 3 does have dynamic spring suspension.

I got the Jet 3 a week ago and I'm annoyed by two things you do not mention on any of your reviews: 1) the seat is not as upraised as it should, my 1Y old is always trying to lift up himself from the seat trying to look around, that must be uncomfortable after some time seating there, and 2) the access and capacity to the storage compartment, it’s ridiculous the amount of space that middle bar takes! nothing fits through that compartment

Hi Lorena! Sorry to hear you are frustrated... We wish we could include every detail in our reviews but that would be too time consuming and tedious for most parents to listen to. If you have questions about specific features or dimensions we always welcome questions in the comments or you could book a consultation with an expert who could answer your questions one-on-one! We know the folding mechanism blocks the back of the basket, but it is accessible from the front! Unfortunately travel strollers don't usually have great storage :(

    Hello,
I have received my silvercross jet 3 and it didn't have the foot cover u describe in this video. I bought directly from silvercross australia. I couldn't see anything about the footcover on the instructions manual either. I was wondering why mine doesn't have it?
Do you think I could contact them for it to be fixed? I was wondering whether my silvercross jet 3 is a faulty one that they forgot to include the footcover.
I have looked so hard and its just not there! I watched ur videos a few more times too. Don't know what to do.

There may be differences between the Australian Jet 3 and the United States version! We can only review the United States versions of products. You should reach out to Silver Cross and ask if that is an international difference :)

I also don't have the foot cover. I'm in Australia. Disappointed because it was 1 of the reasons I bought it. Also mine isn't as light as everyone is making it out to be. It feels as heavy as a normal pram. I have more complaints about this stroller & I've only just pulled out of the box. I don't recommend it unless you absolutely want a smaller folding stroller for an infant.
