I have started my debt free mission and cash budget system. So depressing to discover I have about £85 to cash stuff each month. But it is my missing to get this debt cleared, you youtubers are all inspiring.

Hi! Thanks for this video, Monet! A few questions…
-Why did you put car insurance under sinking funds instead of monthly bills? 9:10
-What purchases fall under the “spending” category and why not allocate them to a more specific category? 10:15

    • @maggiezorn4591
      @maggiezorn4591 2 года назад +2

I believe her insurance is paid every 6 months so she saves a little each month for it.
Spending could be for fast food, special treats for yourself, etc.

I just visited the Etsy shop and wanted to know if you have to purchase a bundle every month for $7.50 x 12 months? Are the 12 calendar months already included as part of the bundle? Thank you in advance.

That was such a great explanation :)
But, I do have three more questions XD
    1) How do I write down my income, if it isn't a fix one (like, if you have an side income, which always fluctuates)... I can't calculate with it, or can I?
    2) For the Debt Tracker... if you pay of more than the minimum payment... where or how can I mark that down in that tracker, so it really is on the actual amount I've to pay, still?
    3) You've such a beautiful document binder for your Budget Sheets. Can you tell me where you got it from or where I can find that, please? :)
For me it's the first month using your sheets and I really like it (even I'm always changing sums and stuff... but I hope to get that in order over time). :)
    All the best from Germany

    • @MonetsMoney

If you le income isn’t fixed I would look at 1 or 2 months worth of your variable income and calculate what an average income will look like.
If you pay more than the minimum you can write that as your “new” minimum. You can set it to be more than what it actually is.
And I got my binder from target ❤️

Hello I have watched dave ramsey for years and countless videos and never got started. I am now ready..the bottom is not where I belong. I am a single mom and I want my son to be a responsible head of his household one day and the example is now in me in our home. Now to to my question:
I am Still confused as to how someone who has collection debt is to proceed. The balances are past due and no due date they also go up in an interval I have yet to master could you pls do a video about past due collection debt and how to budget to do a debt snowball in that scenario.
