It's kind of ridiculous that this conflict is only divisive because the USA sees Israel as a positive pawn in their geopolitical game in the region Zionism is wack in its basis that some people have more right to a land than other people, many people refuse to say it but it's downright a religiously-backed ideology, the whole "chosen people" story. The holocaust was one of the biggest crimes against humanity ever, it led millions of Jewish Europeans think about their identity and their future as a collective people, but there's not one think that could possibly justify the Apartheid ethnostate of Israel which expells and kills Arabs to this day on the basis that "Our ancestors lived in this land like thousands of years ago" Israel, and stuff like the UN security council are prime evidence of how world politics is just as corrupt as in other field of our society, there's no legitimacy, everyone only cares about power, and that means condemning bad governments when it benifits you and ignoring evil deeds of other governments when it benifits you (Saudi Arabia, Israel for being US allies, and US Russia and China in general for being in the UN security council and human rights council even tho they're the 3 biggest contributions of the violations of world piece and general human welfare...)
The setup of the legal issue is that the building their bar is on straddles the line between the lot of land they own and the neighboring lot that they don’t own. Apparently it went unnoticed for years, but when a new owner bought the neighboring lot, he looked closely at the zoning plat (or had a survey done) and realized their building overlapped the line. That’s why the new buyer said his property began “just about here,” while gesturing with his hand inside their bar. Obviously, the building they blew up isn’t the building their bar is in, but is next door, on the rest of the other lot. Apparently, according to the lawyer, they had two opportunities to buy the other lot so they would own all of the land under their bar, but they declined both times. As people like them would do.

17:05 as far as I understand there’s no context with which the word jew itself is offensive or a slur. Someone correct me if I’m wrong but it is similar to how Mexican isn’t a slur or a negative at all unless someone adds prejudice context like “I don’t want my son or daughter dating a Mexican.”
Yes it is considered insulting. If you are using a shortened or bastardised variation of the proper term to describe a group of people, then it's usually considered an insult.
It cannot be that all the nods to a certain conflict went woosh over 4 grown ass people. Talking about the purchase of the land the whole time, like zoninggrids was the red string of the story👀
