Eligibility to vote in the 2019 Referendum on Bougainville, North Solomon Province is likely in future to stipulate if the youth of tomorrow are PNG or AROB citizens. There are lots of talented 'Bougans' living abroad wanting to head home like me, yet not sure if we will be made welcome
