Tweed River fishing adventure 2022

hey guys , just came back from spending a week aboard "Runaway Bear" from Berger Houseboats in Tweed Heads NSW, it was my wifes and i 20th wedding anniversary and what a fantastic way to spend it!! this vid is only the fishing portion of the trip, I will be posting another vid on the boat itself and the trip at a later date, subscribe to catch that one when it drops!

Hi , enjoyed the vid , thank you , we’ve booked the wanderer in November, what would you recommend me n hubby take with us, we’re excited to go fishing and crabbing , how do know what is the legal size for each fish and crab ....? Any tips on the best spot to park the house boat for fishing ....?

Hi Janine ,glad you enjoyed the vid , you guys are going to have the best time! i think they have a crab measure on board and you can get a sticker with the legal sizes from almost any tackle shop ,alternatively just google as you go ,you will only need basic gear, ukerebagh island where you first start out is pretty good for fishing ,its where the clear water footage wa taken on my houseboat vid , we also spent a bit of time in the Terranora inlet in a few spots there ,hope you have a fantastic trip , cheers Rod
