My wife suggests drinking green tea with it (that is what is apparently traditionally consumed with plov). Drinking water or soda while eating plov is not recommended. Anyway, we hope you feel better soon and are looking forward to more exploring in Uzbekistan.
Brings me back to my days in Turkey when I had no control over my bowels. Riding on the night bus was the scariest thing I’ve experienced . Luckily a well timed pit stop saved me. I feel bad for the workers there. At least the stalls were tiled so they just had to spray it down.

And once again, loving the Russian - it's reigniting my (albeit severely limited) Russian language memory and I like it when I can understand the odd phrase or word in these vids. Not 30 seconds in and I'm already laughing. And once again, loving the Russian - it's reigniting my (albeit severely limited) Russian language memory and I like it when I can understand the odd phrase or word in these vids. All I ever do when I travel is walk around randomly for hours and hours by myself usually, and I'd love to get the hang of actually interacting with actual human people like he does. I mostly just make friends with cats hahaha. (I wish my own videos were even half as entertaining as his usually are, lol.)

I do miss a few things that seem to have slid out of your videos. 1) show us more bartering at markets (buy those socks next time!) 2) I would like to see more local food encounters (sorry i know you were sick this episode). 3) It doesn't always have to be impressive ancient cities, show us the "modern" locals; idk invite a family to a traditional lunch or something. Keep these coming, they are among my most favorite of youtube videos.
