When I have apples at home I always make this incredibly delicious and super easy apple pie!
It's so delicious and simple that I can eat it every day.
my husband and my children very often ask me to prepare this pie recipe for them for breakfast or a snack.
The recipe is really very easy even if you are a beginner in the kitchen you can make this recipe without problem! just follow the steps in the video and you will definitely be delighted with the result!
I added chocolate chips for more indulgence, I think the apple/chocolate mixture is excellent!

ingredients for a mold of 26cm in diameter:
2 apples
3 eggs
120g sugar
a sachet of vanilla sugar (8g)
100ml whipping cream
130g melted butter
190g flour
120g chocolate chips
a packet of baking powder
40 g of butter for the mold + 2 tablespoons of sugar

Je pense que ce gâteau doit être excellent. Par contre comme je ne suis pas fan de chocolat à la place des pépites de chocolat je mettrais des raisins secs. Merci Sou. Vos recettes très souvent, je les adore.

A packet of baking powder vairies considerably depending on which brand is available. Any ideas how much is in this packet, any measurement will do and I will convert it to grams.
Recipe looks delicious. For USA equivalents, could you please provide exact measurements for baking powder and vanilla sugar? Not even sure it’s sold here but will try to find it. Thank you.
i think some baking powders are sold in sachets in Europe, and a sachet of baking powder is i think a teaspoon or 5 grams. (edit: it is 11 grams)
