Thanks ! 💕 Not really, it was just like planning any other trip but the downside to it is that because of the high cancellation rate, we had to book hotel & car in hachijojima for the same days in case we wouldn't be able to go to Aogashima so we ended up with double bookings... :S And also, before you enter the boat you have to prove that you have somewhere to stay at Aogashima, otherwise they won't let you go. :P It's not like other destinations...

Thanks for another beautiful video! I didn't even know this existed! I love that I always learn new things about Japan when watching your videos. You were so fortunate that the weather was nice enough to go. Do you get a refund on your inn if the weather doesn't end up working out?
Diane Chaniewski We wouldn't have to pay for the Inn in Aogashima if we didn't make it there but we had to pay for our hotel in hachijojima that we booked as a backup in case we wouldn't be able to go to Aogashima 😅

八丈島出航時点でこれだけ揺れているとは・・・青ヶ島着岸かと思う揺れです。無事に到着して、青ヶ島を満喫できてよかったですね。The shake of Hachijyo is like Aogashima.but, arrive at Aogashima is lucky.

東京に住んでいますが、青ヶ島、知らなかったですね。宿があることも驚きでした。それにしても行動力・実行力が本当にありますね。ヘリコプターで帰る旅行は一般人には考えられません。珍しいタマムシかなと思われる虫がありました。マーイケ
さんの映像では小動物がワンポイントでよく入っていますね。景色は良かったです。海外では勿論ですが、東京人としても随分と勉強になります。前から思っていたのですが、カット割りも結構考えていると思います。これからも期待しています。
青ヶ島の動画は他にもあるけど、マーイケさんたちの動画は島内の隅々まで撮影してくれたので大満足です。
タケちゃんはドローン撮影の腕が上がってますね。
マーイケさんたちが宿で食べた島寿司を僕は東京小岩の源八船頭という店で食べたことがあります。
ここは八丈島料理が美味しいのでお奨めです。

青ヶ島は、いつか行ってみたい興味深い島。
青酎という希少な焼酎は知る人ぞ知るという美味しさらしいのですが、試されました？
八丈島も海の幸や焼酎、そしてクサヤが有名だけど、別の動画であがるのかな。
二人ともアルコールをあまり飲まないので、試してません^^;
（今回泊まったホテルの方は焼酎の為にさつまいもを育ててました）
八丈島は次回になるので、楽しみにしていただければと思います！
