- It was an incredible lesson when Mary Magdelene sat at Jesus’ feet. Martha, her sister, was incensed that she was left to do all of the work alone. But Jesus kindly told Martha that Mary had chosen the more important thing. May we prioritise Jesus every day, in all that we do. May we sit at His feet and learn what He wants us to learn. May we let Him change us from the inside.

The line that stood out to me was :"May I prove I've been with Jesus". Very convicting. How I want others to see Jesus in me and more importantly, for my walk to be closer to Him.

Isn’t it a lovely one! I have heard it years ago but not for a while now. It has such spiritual depth and meaning which is so often found in hymns. I love that line too and especially the one after it “Who is all my righteousness.” He really is the only righteousness we have “…and all our righteousnesses are as filthy rags…” Isaiah 64:6. Thank you, Jesus, for being willing to be righteousness for us and may we accept You into our lives so you can change us into your image! Have a wonderful evening. Xxx
