Why is Luminous Energy + a Fighting Energy enough to BOTH power the attack AND activate the ability? I thought that the "but provides only 1 energy at the time" from Luminous means that it is either considered Dark OR Fighting. What ruling am I missing?
great question! it says it provides “every type of energy, but only 1 at a time.” so it’s effectively 8 diff types at once but only gives the cost of 1, so it can satisfy both needs! lmk if that doesn’t make sense i’ll break it down more :)
Copying this list into ptcgl as we speak.. My son loves the big dawg. I made him a dogi deck to play at our local shop tourney a few weeks back. Everyone showed up with Miraidon so he killed it.
i feel like throwing out the nest balls was a bad play if the game would have gone one longer, since there are more cards you can iono back into your deck
