Cooking tips from someone who is def not a pro: If you are ever unsure of what to use as a substitute eg instead of caster sugar google is your friend. An easy way to weigh items is to use scales. You put the bowl on the scales, press on or "tare" so it doesn't weigh the bowl and then it's only counting however many grams. You don't have to butter the tray if you have liners, way easier to remove and clean up. Air fryer cooking times are not the same as oven times Put the metal icing piece in the piping bag before putting the icing in. Don't touch hot things...😅 Don't put icing on hot cakes. Major props for him doing this from scratch. Honestly proud of how much better he is getting at cooking.🎉
