Thanks for the info on the Aerogarden! I just ordered a Harvest & seed starting kit! You probably already know this but it is 30% off site wide with free shipping over $50!

It’s definitely something that you can find good sales on. I’m glad you are enjoying the channel 😀

Thanks for your thorough clear explanations for the reasons behind your tips.
Do you ever grow cilantro in the Aerogarden?

Thank you so much. I have not tried cilantro but I see no reason it shouldn’t do well. Other than plants that simply get to large there are not too many limitations.
I really enjoy growing in winter and starting seeds in the very early spring.

Why do you have a tube at the back of the system? I don't remember it coming with it. We are having trouble with algae growth with this system.

It didn’t come with the system. It’s part of the Aerovoir system that I added. There is a video I made about it approx 2 months ago. It’s basically a self watering system for the AeroGardens 😀

If you cover up all the places light can get in except where the plants come out of the pods it helps but it does happen to some extent. You can use foil or dark paper

I find it better to soak the seed pods for a couple hours before putting them in the seed starter tray. After they are soaked I put the seeds in the pod then put the pod in the starter tray, and mark on the chart what is in that location.

I will try that the next time I start seeds. ThTs a good thought. Thank you 😀

new subscriber here from Canada and have started a indoor Salad Bowl in a planter back in Nov. But, this unit is very interesting as I have dwarf tomato seeds arriving soon in the mail. which medium do you like using best ? this unit or the traditional potting soil method. I wish the units were not so costly here in Canada

I really like the AeroGarden. They are going up on cost here too. It is my favorite way to grow indoors. Aside from the AeroGarden using a full spectrum light ( you don’t have to spend too much ) and planting in potting mix is a good alternative.
I wish you the very best with your ventures. Thank you for subscribing. I hope I can help you on your garden journey 😀
