Sir..you mentioned that" using 4 bits u have 16 combinations whereas we are using only 10" but ,sir we can represent the other 6 in decimal ,the difference is just they will be 2 digit . Using 4 bits each work done in computer can be studied in decimal. computer use binary, hexadecimal and decimal will not affect efficiency of it. So is this hexadecimal designed just to reduce space when we study it, if its like that then why we can't design a system where one digit is represented by more bits, i mean more efficient for human work?
