I as well, have a debilitating form of arthritis, AS. After watching Brad and his story I tried moringa. I no longer take pain killers. I now have moringa seeds, living in the south. Debbie I have Ankylosing Spondylitis as well. What brand are you taking and how much. I am having a flare up and am in China i ordered the pura vida brand they recommend from Amazon but its held up in customs in LA because of the corona virus going in here in China. I'm on Humira which is helping some but my knee is twice the size and my ankle is swollen as well! I ask because i have not heard anyone talk about the benefits who has AS. It's amazing its working for you. Thanks, Jacob
Jacob, moringa doesn’t help the AS as much as it helps with my fibromyalgia. I have taken remicade and humara. They helped but the side effects I couldn’t deal with. Nothing helps me with a flare except steroids. I only use them if it’s really bad. Other than that I just keep busy and moving. I have lots of ice packs as well. I have the same Moringa. Best advice I can give you is to have a really good rheumatologist. Mine is awesome. I hope this helps.
I’m sorry, I think I was misunderstood. Moringa does help immensely for my AS. The gentleman was asking about flares. With my AS, moringa works wonders on an everyday basis. Thus why I’m not on pain meds, but on occasion I do have flares. That is when nothing helps but steroids. I hope this made it more clear

I started drinking the tea that I get my local Asian food store. I personally don’t mind the taste. I have pain in my hands and cramps realllllly bad in my feet. The joint pain has gone away. The cramps are getting better. It’s not the best tasting so I tell friends to get the capsules. Just amazing.
I use it & it has helped my rheumatoid arthritis! I have NO pain!!!

because of you I not only take moringa now for few years and in so many ways got my life back, I have RA, OA, fibro. I also have family members that got injured could not walk and started moringa and in days is walking this person is in their 70s they now tell everyone in California and others areas about the amazing benefits of moringa. @Big Family Homestead My heart sunk when you said you still had osteoarthritis. Lifted when you read of someone’s improvement. I am having sever fibromyalgia flare ups, drains all my energy, whole body pain, and swelling. This episode gives me hope of relief. I spent almost all of January sleeping.
I started taking moringa after watching your video. I started taking it. I have a pinched nerve in my back that I was suppossed to have surgery for I also have bad arthritis in my back and throughout my body. I also have bad digestive issues and since taking morniga I dont feel any pain anywhere I can actually walk more now. And the tummy issues have calmed down immensely. I now have seeds so I can grow my own. Thank youfor making me aware of a new life. God Blesss

I started taking moringa because I saw one of your videos on it. I have chronic pain and last year I started having severe shoulder pain. Nothing helped-even the CBD oil didn't help. I started taking the moringa and it really helped with my joint pain and it was the one thing that helped with my shoulder pain.
I've been taking moringa since i saw your video and have several friends who started taking it. When i take it regularly i have no stiffness or pain in my knees. When i forget for a few days... Get this oainful reminder when i crawl out of bed. Thank you!
Started taking MORINGA about 5 months ago because of you and what an amazing difference in my life. Cronic pain is gone. I’m the person that has all of the powders and supplements in their house. I was at my wits end w my RA knee pain when I found your videos. I have binged them all. I looked in my fridge and boom I already had the powder and it’s well within expiration. I’m only a few days in of taking it and can walk so much better, I can’t wait to see progress after a few months. I make a moringa latte...1 tsp moringa, 1.5 cup almond milk, bit of honey and few shakes of pumpkin spice. It tastes like chai tea. I heat it a bit above warm, but not boiling as that will erase the healing benefits I believe.

I went and ordered while watching this video. I have RA and fibromyalgia. I tried a previous brand you had recommended but couldn't deal with the taste. I'm thrilled that there is now a company who sells the gel caps, as I wasted so much trying to make my own at home. I'm a total klutz and most of it spilled on the floor, I ended up throwing out everything and giving up. I just wish that they had prime on this particular brand.

I'm 68 years old and started taking Moringa a few months ago after watching your videos and although not all of my aches and pains are gone I am greatly improved. I have to add, when I first started taking it I had severe stomach cramps so backed off and eased up to a full dose. No problems at all now.

I grow my own Moringa, we eat the leaves straigh off the tree and feed it to the chickens. I recently started putting it in capsules. Great stuff!
Another great natural item for arthritis is PYCNOGENOL, made from a pine bark extract in France.

I have been unfaithful when it comes to taking medication. I stopped taking my Moringa simply because I do not like to take pills in any form. I started up again because I had knee surgery and my knee bothers me from time to time. I have fibromyalgia and I have post menopausal Osteoporosis. You know, old age illnesses! I started taking my moringa again and I must say I’ve had some very very good days. It’s been a while since I felt so good! Now I can say I’m 69 and doing fine!
I have pain in my hands . After 3 days using Maringa for 3 days I had a pain free day, Had to go back to Ibuprofen looking forward to pain free days as I continue to use.
I use moringa in my coffee every morning and feel very very awesome. I have it in powder form so put it right into my coffee grounds and perk away. feel great:)

It has kept my RA at a minimum! So I believe in Moringa! I take 3 - "00" size capsules twice a day.
It works great, it also lowered my sugar levels by 50 points and I do have not to take my medication , anymore oh yea it completely stopped the pain in my back and knees

I ran a commercial vegetable farm for over 40 years and wore out my body with the long hard days of work. Bad back, hips, knees,and ankles make it miserable to get around(especially frustrating after being able to do so much physical labor earlier in life.) You talked me into it. I am going to order a couple bottles tomorrow and give it a try. I am hopeful, and will let you know. Fingers crossed!

I had heard you mention the Moringa on your YT show prior. But today I was impressed with what people ha written about the product. Just maybe it would help my husband he complains with basically all over pain especially legs and back. By the way I love your show.
just recently, i tried fresh moringa juice... i just used a blender and filter the pulp with a sieve and all what's left i drank it.. the taste is not so good so i put some honey and some other times i put lemon and it taste much better compared drinking it pure... as of now my joint pain becoming lesser.. I've got a few that have just come up. In our area, no one is getting seed pods but lots of leaves.
I was in horrible pain and couldn't walk from severe gout. I saw your video and tried it, my gout was gone in a day. I quit taking it and the gout came back 2 months later. This time I only took Moringa and the pain and swelling was gone in 2 days. It tastes bad, but making capsules solves the taste issue. Thanks for sharing

May ask where in your yard are you growing it and what are you doing in the winter? I haven't figured my moringas happy place in my yard yet. It seems to need allot more sun than I originally planned for but I'm so trying to protect it in the winter.
I am going to reorder this newer brand for some reason I was on moringa when u guys started talking about it did the capcel machine was taking it was feeling great 3 back surgeries,corpal tunnel ,have drop foot,so I trip and fall,arthritis in my fingers and joints fingers keep locking up very painful just fell on both knees on ice recently ,I've had the Bypass Surgery 8 years ago I stopped with the splenda cause I read a bad article on it so I'm gaining weight again on and on, so I put you tube channel on and this vidio came up I have got to get back on it I was feeling much better on it can't wait to try the newer brand was to hard to make the capcel for me.

The powder works!! The bottle of capsules is a lot more expensive. Soooo make your own capsules. Ebay has many sellers selling empty casules and capsule makers. Make sure you buy a capsule makers with the same size capsule maker. I use my 00 size most but tge smaller size 0 works for other things too. For moringa i use the size 00. Try and see how easy it is to make your own
I ordered some of the powder,waiting for my husband to bring it home ,he had it delivered to his work... I'm hoping it will help my blood glucose and arthritis in my hands.

I have very active RA and currently my meds are failing me again. I did try the moringa powder you first suggested without much improvement, so today I just ordered this brand and am ever hopeful!

I sometimes enjoy putting fresh moringa leaves in a beef or chicken broth with some black seed powder as the flavor is reminiscent of a subtle black eyed pea flavor. Add salt and pepper to taste.
I had a lot of stomach issues for 7 months(lower stomach cramp, left side sharp pain and upper stomach dull pain, difficulty pooping) I took 1 glass fresh moringa extract 2x everyday , after a week my stomach issues gradually faded away and after a month pain completely gone.
I’m going to order some. I’m so tired of hurting. Also I need energy lol. Y’all are awesome! I appreciate y’all too!! I’ll let y’all know how it works for me when I’m able to get them. Thank you

Started using this about 2 weeks ago, as I've had most of my intestines removed, and dont digest plants... I'm having to go very slow, I'll up it to two capsules in another week... starting my hubbie on ot tomorrow. Many blessings

Hi , thank you for your videos. I decided to try Moringa and yes I did notice benefits pretty quickly. Unfortunately I seem to be among that group of people that get an allergic reaction from it in the form of an all body itchy rash. So for now ,I am going to stop taking it to make sure my assumptions are correct. Any ideas from anyone as to what I might try to do to lessen the allergic reaction will be appreciated. I really would love to continue taking the Moringa!
Im from the Philippines we have lots of moringga tress here. Ive been using moringa for years. Whenever I have fever, sore throat and cough I use moringa. I dont buy fever medicine, I cook tinola with different spices, fish and moringa then I drink the soup its a good medicine it heals the following morning my fever is gone.

We have to watch out for Salt, Phosphorus,Protein and Potassium intake. My question is did you have to watch your potassium with the moringa powder or did it fix its self to some extent or all ?

I have the powder, and have started with 1 teaspoon in smoothies, but am wondering how much other people use.
I use 1 tblsp twice per day in smoothie or something else that would mask the taste.

Hi there guys, wow this Moringa sounds like just what i might need, i've had excruciating low leg, ankle & hip pain & lots of agrevating numbness for nearly 2 yrs now, i've seen numerous Dr's, even a Chiropractor, had X-rays, etc to no avail, i've been taking opioids for the pain & tylenol, i have to be careful, as i have acid reflux & lower back pain & don't sleep well, so i'm really hoping that this may be the answer to my pain, so what is the name of the type that you buy the most & what is the milligrams?
Is powder version processed differently than the capsules in which it lessens the potency?
Is it safe for kids ages 11 to 17. How much do you think they should take?
Live in SoCAL where it is mostly dry. Does this tree need much water? I hate to spend more on watering it than i would buying the capsules of it.
