This is so cute and pretty!
For the overhand knots, is there a reason to make one from the back of the piece and the other from the front? Also, how long and thick were the cords for the roses please?

The purpose of making the one in the back is just to hide it. The other one is our working end, so we make it in the front in order to continue with our project by tying double half-hitch knots!
