Good on you Mark. That's a good day out on the river, beautiful day weather-wise and some "good brown" "good browns" here along with a solid tally. Nice one
Word of advice: Please show us more of the surrounding scenery. We're interested in that just as much as the fishing. It felt like we were looking down at the water and the ground for most of the video. It felt a little disorientating. You might have to pan out and up a little bit to include more of the background scenery in your filming while still focusing on the fish in the water. Other than that, great fishing as usual.
@@kiwitroutstalker8845 Unless you are fishing from a little boat out in a lake, I find the long folding nets no good on the river. For the main reasons you eluded to. Unless you get those ones that Guideline have where you can attach an extension section to existing short handle on there nets which Id recently seen on a trip where Guideline gear was used. I didn't use the extension though.
Another good video here mate. Good fishing
Thanks Dan

What species were in the river before trout?
Get a way longer folding net. And wade out to net them. I cry every time you drag those beautiful fish over sharp rocks 😢😥😭😭😭
I tried those long folding nets, kept getting caught in bush n scrub and weren't that user freindly, they may be better now days

If that’s the worst thing that ever happens to a fish then it’s one lucky fish. Grow up!
