- Day 2 digging the basement. I got most of the basement hogged out and the dirt placed in the front yard and rolled in. I've been grading the dirt and rolling it in in 1' lifts. Most of the soil has a lot more dirt in it than I was thinking it was going too. The site is starting to shape up though. Thanks for watching! #EliteEarthworks #Takeuchi #Basement
I remember when you got the dozer and said you didn’t have that much experience on one. Well, smooth as silk now. You gotta see it and feel it in the seat of pants to be able to carry a smooth grade. Brandon, you got that for sure. I be looking for the rest of the videos so I can see that finished grade. Great job.

Thank you! I feel much more comfortable on the dozer now and getting the hang of grading much better with it. I’ve put about 700 hours on the dozer since I got too. Appreciate you watching
WOW - multi layering (load, spread & roll) in building up the front. While watching I was thinking back a couple years+ with only your TL 250 & 260 and you may have not accepted this job (or did it with more steps!) Looking good *with a lot of work* ! Thanks for taking us along!
Definitely without these bigger machines I wouldn’t be doing a lot of these jobs now.
You moved some dirt for sure. Presume you'll be back to fill in after the footers and walls, and if so, it'll be interesting to see the footprint of this monster house. BTW, don't worry that you're just talking to yourself - even though I'm quiet, I'm all ears back there in the camera, and if I could figure out how to use the speaker, I'd strike up a conversation, LOL!

That's some decent looking soil right there, way better than rocky clay for sure. You did better than I would have done. I probably would have ran all over that sewer clean out sticking up in that yard. Lol. Ya did good!

I see the blade and swing away boom on the 2150 came in handy on this one.. looks great The dirt you moved on this video would probably take me and my brother like 3 days with the machines we have lol😂
It’s been extremely handy on this job makes those corners easier with it. lol but you could still knock it out
