This talk was so real and honest
Neal n Nikki was way ahead of its time. It came when Dharma/ KJo was making NRI's happy with joint family themes and cinema was going beyond prime Khan era and yet not there to allow independent talent of Sushant Rajput era. If you watch the film both Tanish an Uday are very very good actors. In fact very smooth. Tanisha's goofy character got her tagged as bimbette. Uday speaks like a gentleman off camera an dTanisha is so humble and true reflection of her lineage. I remember only 3 seasons of BB, the one with Sameer Soni-Shweta Tiwari, Sid Shukla one and Tanishas where Andy, Sangram, Tanisha n Armaan were such good friends. She is doing good in Jhalak by doing her bit amongst the chaos of personal dramas. In fact Tanisha, Vivek Dahiya n Amir Ali and Urvashi are missed more than what's being shown. In fact Vivek Dahiya also gave an interview early on after he started with Jhalak and said some cool things about how some people are pulling mileage out of personal story where they fail to respect that each has their own struggle. Good ones are out.

Neal and Nikki was one of my favourite films. I identified with the characters. I still sing the songs. ❤
10 years down the line, I still maintain that Tanisha should have won Bigg Boss 7. Even though I liked Sangram the most, Tanisha should have won when she was on the finale podium. She was a class apart; loyal, dignified, and genuine with people whom she liked. She was diplomatic and well-spoken otherwise. Her only problem was that her one negative trait (insecurity) became so big that it overshadowed her positive aspects. In a game show like Bigg Boss which has a very eccentric core audience, the negativity only gets magnified. Also, back in the day, a more rebellious character like Gauahar would certainly get more traction with the core audience rather than a more sedate character like Tanisha. It was what it was. Also, it didn't help that she got so insecure about being attached to or detached from Armaan. That made her seem like a pushover which she was not. She was just plain caring in a very old school manner. Anyway, even after so many years, she is still one of my favourite contestants ever. Also, watching Tanisha and Gauahar together on the same stage after ten years was like watching one of those biggest completed circles, which was quite surreal. I hardly ever liked Gauahar back then. However, just like Tanisha, she also got a bad rep because of the liability that came with their respective on-screen partners (Gauahar with Kushal). These two women were certainly bigger than the unnecessary toxic BS that came along with them being in toxic relationships back then. It's good to see that they both could move on to work with each other again; something which no one would have imagined ten years ago. Clearly, life is all about never saying never, and is also never without its unpredictability. Thanks.🍀

Tanisha is confident, poised, calm and composed and patient very similar to Rani whereas Kajol on the other hand is loud, boisterous, impatient, overconfident and annoying. Just watched her Koffee with Karan episode and got a bad headache hearing her scream and not letting the host speak. I had to literally turn the TV off.
